The Community.
Our vibrant community is of strong, inspiring female athletes, just like you. Wherever you are on your journey, the community is designed to motivate, encourage, and support you so that no athlete goes on her journey alone.

Here, athletes carry athletes.
What's Inside.
Connecting with other female athletes who have similar interests has never been easier. #strongertogether
Mental Health
Student athletes may experience burnout and mental fatigue, which could lead to injury if the mind is not right. Mental health is important for athletes because it affects their overall well-being and performance, as well as how athletes think, feel, and act. Our mental health community leader will help strengthen the mind of our athletes.
Nutrition
Good nutrition can enhance athletic performance. A well-planned, nutritious diet should meet most of an athlete's needs and provide enough nutrients to promote muscle growth and repair, which is why our registered dietitian community leader will be sure to provide our athletes relevant information.
Training
With a "more than a profile" mindset, we have training content that is sport-specific or general strength and conditioning. Gone are the days of scrolling, as our material is provided by certified trainers and coaches and is sure to help you advance your game and minimize the chance of injury.
Community
Communities bring people, or in this case, Athletes, together to learn, grow, and collaborate from and with one another. Communities bring knowledge. When you have knowledge you’re informed, engaged, motivated, and more likely to succeed on your own athletic journey. A community you belong to allows you to feel part of something bigger.
Recruiting
Whether you're just starting out in your recruiting and academic journey or are further along in the process, we'll have something for you. From drafting your first email to narrowing down your list of schools, we have resources for everything in between. You've got questions? Your recruiting advisor has the answers.
Athletes Journal
It's natural for any athlete to think they are the only ones going through a certain situation, which can feel like a lonely island. It's comforting to know that someone you know or might admire has experience in your current situation. Locker Talk gives the opportunity for you to see and understand the athletic world through the lens of collegiate athletes.
Groups
The athletic space is big and can be intimidating. Interacting in a smaller group setting, with like-minded athletes, allows you to have deeper conversations that aren't typically had on traditional social media platforms. Whether it's your faith, sport, mental health challenges, or overcoming injury, there's a group ready for our athletes so that no athlete goes at it alone.
