Recruiting is only the start.
We know firsthand what it takes, and what comes after. That's why we built a community, not a profile.
We all stand on the shoulders of those who came before.
Every athlete who made it had someone a few steps ahead who showed them the way. That's what this community is built on.
How it works
The community is organized into spaces: Recruiting, The Inside Game, the athletes' videos, and Rooted. Each one has fresh content every week. Read, watch, comment, ask, and share, whenever it fits your day.
Why it matters
Nobody gets through recruiting and the jump to college alone. Hearing "me too" from someone who's been there changes how heavy it feels, and what you do next.
How we support each other
The Resident Athletes answer from what they've lived. Members share what's working for them. Our team fills in the rest. And one day, you'll be the one a younger athlete asks.
Somebody did it for you. Someday you'll do it for someone else.
More than a profile.
We didn't want athletes sitting in a database, paying for a profile that does nothing. Getting recruited matters, but the questions athletes actually ask go deeper: nutrition, mindset, school, training, and what happens after they commit.
Ask anything, out loud or privately. Recruiting help every week, and the Recruiting Playbook when you're ready.

If you have a question, you get an answer.
Athletes won't ask the real questions on social media. They need someone they trust, a few steps ahead, who has lived it.
The Resident Athletes, college athletes who just went through it. Comment under their posts, message them directly, or ask the community.

Just Ask.
Athletes are already on a schedule all day: school, practice, club. The last thing they need is another one.
- Watch. An athlete tells you what nobody told them.
- Ask. Comment, message, or ask the community.
- Use it. Try one small thing.
Drop into any space, Recruiting, The Inside Game, the athletes' videos, or Rooted, whenever it fits your day.
Take what you need, leave what you don't.
Ready for what comes after.
Getting recruited is the goal. Being ready for what comes after is the work, and most athletes aren't ready yet. We want them showing up to college as independent thinkers and doers.
We show you how so you can do it yourself: email the coach, ask the hard question, speak up for yourself. Weekly mindset work, a community monthly theme, and Rooted on Sundays help along the way.
